denim denim denim.

Ok, maybe "denim denim" would be more accurate since I'm only wearing 2 denim items. But when I say "denim denim denim," I say it in the Mario underground level theme song and it just seems more fun. (Here's 10 hours of it for you. You know, in case you needed it.) 

So in case you've been wondering, here are things that have been happening to me as of late:

• I just finished assorting my first season as an Assistant Merchandiser for Old Navy Men's online! Be ready for Fall 2015, fellas.
• A couple of months ago, I thought it would be a good time to start redecorating. Meanwhile, half of my apartment is sitting in boxes until we get productive enough to start re-buying our furniture. TIP: Don't start redecorating during the holidays. It's a terrible idea.
• I found a new favorite cookie recipe! And if you know me at all, you should know how important this is. I based them off of the Tate's Bake Shop cookie recipe, but made a couple of my own adjustments. Do I smell a future cookie post?? (I know, that was terrible. I'll try not to do that again.)
• About a week ago, I got irresponsibly drunk at a company party along with the rest of my coworkers. It was the best day at work, ever. We consider the day a successful team building exercise.
• I just finished reading #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso. My bestie Sandra gave me a copy for my birthday and I really enjoyed it! To be honest, the end started getting slightly self-helpy, but in total, I enjoyed the read. It still inspired me to take charge of my life and be a "#GIRLBOSS", so it did it's job. Not to mention, it was pretty interesting to read about her rise in the industry right as she stepped down as CEO.

 Oh, and here's one thing that hasn't been happening to me as of late:

• running. UGH. (and who knows when that's ever gonna happen.)
