fancy dinner. top ramen style.

I'd like to think that, for the most part, Mark and I eat nice, grown up and home cooked dinners (as shown in my lamb chops post). But then sometimes it's already 10pm and you feel really tired and you don't want to cook anything, except you found a package of ramen in the cabinet.

So this is where we ended up. 

Top ramen. Chalk full of good ol' sodium. Yum.

But then we try to make it taste fancy by adding things as so.

sodium + egg, corn, cilantro, green onion, a dash of dashi, and delicious crispy chili oil = yum.

That equation is accurate.
